06/11/2011 : Inauguration de la maison pour la famille

29/08/2001 : Une sympathique famille du groupe ethnique Châu Mạ (Người Châu Mạ), composée des parents : Mr Hiên et Mme Ka Diêp, tous deux journaliers à la campagne, vivait (ou survivait ?...) dans cette "baraque" en planches et dans le plus grand dénuement avec leur fille cadette Ka-Liêu âgée de 9 ans, l'aînée Ka-Hân âgée de 14 ans est pensionnaire dans une école... Les parents triment et s'épuisent dans de longues journées de dur labeur dans l'espoir de pouvoir offrir à leurs enfants un avenir meilleur... Ils se privent pour les nourrir du mieux qu'il peuvent avec un "salaire" de 30.000 à 50.000VND/jour (1€ = env. 29.000VND à ce jour).

Touchée par cette extrême misère, Marieke, membre de notre association "Les enfants du dragon" a donné l'argent nécessaire à la construction de leur nouvelle maison... Avant cette rencontre, elle ne pouvait pas imaginer que l'on puisse encore vivre dans de telles conditions...

Je rappelle qu'il y a 35 familles qui vivent dans la même affreuse indigence et que nous nous sommes engagés à reloger 20 familles sur 3 ans... Nous sommes à la recherche de fonds pour mener ce programme à terme - 1 maison = 1.200€.

Le village Gia Canh est un village agricole qui fait partie de villages de montagne éloignés avec une superficie de 17.000 hectares dont 12.000 hectares de forêt naturelle et de plantation pour une population de 21.000 personnes réparties sur 10 quartiers (Ấp). En raison de son étendue et d'une grande population, les déplacements sont difficiles, les niveaux d'éducation sont inégaux et les peuplades minoritaires représentent 1/3 de la population : Chơ Ro, Khmer ou Khơ-me, Châu Mạ, Mường, Nùng,Tày...

L'accès à une eau propre reste faible, actuellement 700 familles sur 3520 habitants permanents des quartiers (Ấp) 3 et 4 n'ont pas accès à l'eau potable pour leur utilisation journalière et souvent il manque d'eau durant les saisons sèches.

Creuser un puits dans cette région au sol granitique est coûteux : le prix d'un forage avec l'installation d'un réservoir de 8 M3 s'élève à environ 75 millions de đồng Việt Nam (soit environ 2500 €uro)... nous nous sommes engagés à traiter en urgence l'installation d'une unité pour subvenir aux besoins en eau des habitants des quartiers 3 et 4 et particulièrement pour l'infirmerie du village Gia Canh ainsi que pour le Collège mitoyen...

Aug, 29, 2011: A sympathetic family of the Chau Ma ethnic group (Nguoi Châu ma), composed by the parents: Mr Hien and Mrs Ka Diep, both daily countryside workers did live (or survived?...) in this "shack" made in planks the highest utterly destitution with their youngest daughter aged 9 Ka Lieu, the eldest aged 14 Ka Han being boarder in a school...

The parents slave away and get exhausted in long days of hard labor in hope to provide their kids a better future... Denying themselves to feed them as much as they can with a daily "salary" between 30 000 and 50 000 VnD (1 € being today equivalent to about 29 000 VnD).

Hit by this extreme misery, Marieke, member of our association "Les enfants du dragon" (the dragon's children) did give the necessary funds to build their new house... before meeting the fact, she could not even imagine living in such conditions was possible...

I remind that there are 35 families living this same ghastly indigence and that we are engaged to relocate 20 families over 3 years... We keep searching funds to lead this programme to its term : One house = 1,200 €

Gia Canh is an agricultural village part of far mountain villages over 17 000 Ha of natural forest and 12 000 Ha of farming surfaces for a population of 21 000 people set over 10 wards (Ap). Up to a wide space and high population, moves are difficult, education levels are unequal and ethnic minorities represent 1/3 of the people : Cho Ro, Khmer or Kho-Me, Chau Ma, Muong, Nung, Tay,...

Access to clean water is rather low, actually 700 families over 3250 permanent inhabitants of wards (Ap) 3 and 4 have no access to drinkable water to fill their daily needs and often upon dry seasons water is lacking.

Digging a pit in this granitic area is costly : the price of a drill added with a (8 cbm) reserve tank gets up to 75 millions VnD ( about 2,500.00 €)... We are engaged to treat urgently the installation of one unit to fill the gap in water needs toward the inhabitants of wards 3 and prior, to the dispensary of Gia Canh village and the close neighbouring high school.

29/08/2001: Một gia đình dễ thương thuộc dân tộc Châu Mạ (Người Châu Mạ), gồm có bố mẹ - ông Hiên và bà Ka-Điệp, cả hai suốt ngày làm việc trên đồng, sinh sống nghèo khó trên căn chòi gỗ này với đứa con gái út Ka-Liêu 9 tuổi. Con gái lớn của họ Ka-Hân - 14 tuổi thì nội trú tại trường... Hai vợ chồng làm việc quần quật ngày này qua ngày nọ những mong tương lai con cái họ sẽ có tương lai tốt hơn... Họ sống với mức thu nhập khoảng từ 30.000 đến 50.000VND/ngày (1€ bằng khoảng 29.000VND) ..

Rung động trước cảnh khốn cùng này, Marieke, thành viên của hội chúng tôi «Những đứa con của Rồng» đã hỗ trợ số tiền cần thiết giúp họ xây một ngôi nhà mới... Trước khi tận mắt chứng kiến, Marieke đã không thể hình dung nổi người ta vẫn có thể sống trong điều kiện như thế...

Vẫn còn 35 gia đình sống trong điều kiện bần cùng như vậy và chúng tôi cố gắng để có thể làm lại chỗ ở cho 20 gia đình trong vòng 3 năm... Chúng tôi tìm kiếm sự hỗ trợ tài chính để thực hiện chương trình này – với mỗi ngôi nhà ứng với số tiền cần thiết là 1.200€.

Làng Gia Canh là làng thuần nông nghiệp nằm trong số những làng thuộc vùng núi xa với diện tích 17.000 héc ta trong đó có 12.000 hecta rừng tự nhiên và trồng trọt cho dân số khoảng 21.000 người chia thành 10 ấp. Do dân số tăng, sự đi lại trở nên khó khăn, trình độ giáo dục không đều và dân tộc thiểu số như Chơ Ro, Khmer ou Khơ-me, Châu Mạ, Mường, Nùng,Tày chiếm 1/3 dân số: Chơ Ro, Khmer ou Khơ-me, Châu Mạ, Mường, Nùng,Tày...

Nguồn nước sạch rất hạn chế, với 700 gia đình (3520 nhân khẩu) của các ấp 3 và 4 không có nước sạch cho sử dụng thông thường hàng ngày và thường bị thiếu nước trong mùa khô.

Đào giếng cũng đắt đỏ do phải khoan xuống nền đất granit : giá khoan giếng chứa 8m3 nước có thể lên đến 75 triệu đồng (khoảng 2500 €uro)... Chúng tôi đã tham gia vào việc giải quyết vấn đề này với việc khoan khấn cấp một giếng nước nhằm đáp ứng nhu cầu của cư dân các ấp 3 và 4 và đặc biệt là dành cho trạm xá của làng Gia Canh cũng như là cho trường trung học chung của hai ấp...
